While many churches around the world have moved their services online because of the coronavirus pandemic, Cubans do not have this option because most of a lack of internet access. Since the lockdown, Cuban Christians have been completely without worship and fellowship.
There is reportedly an increase in violence, theft and anxiety in the community due to the food shortage. Cubans must wait in long lines for food, many are jobless and public transportation remains suspended.
Pray for divine physical and spiritual provision for our Cuban brothers and sisters.
Pray that as they remain in isolation in their own homes or rooms, they will each have a personal encounter with the Lord that will strengthen and encourage them and fill them with peace.
Pray that they will not be anxious but will have a quiet confidence that God is sovereign and in control of the situation, and God will not forget or forsake them.
